SINGLE-USE DIGITAL PATTERN FILE – TERMS OF USE

Digital pattern files supplied by Digipatterns are licensed to the purchaser for single-use production purposes only. The purchase of a digital pattern file does not constitute a transfer of copyright or ownership of the underlying pattern or digital file.

The file may be used solely for the purchaser’s own in-house printing, sublimation, sampling, or approved garment production relating to the specific order for which the file was supplied.

The following are strictly prohibited:

- Reselling, sublicensing, leasing, or transferring the digital pattern file to any third party.

- Sharing, forwarding, copying, uploading, or distributing the original digital file.

- Using the file for additional production runs or different projects without obtaining the appropriate additional licence.

- Selling or supplying the digital pattern itself, whether in its original format or in a modified form.

- Making the file available to factories, printers, designers, contractors, or other third parties except where necessary to fulfil the specific authorised production order.

Where a factory, sublimation printer, or other production facility is used, the purchaser remains responsible for ensuring that the file is used only for the authorised production quantity and purpose and is not retained, reused, or distributed after completion of the order.

Any modification, grading, colour adjustment, print preparation, or other alteration of the file does not transfer ownership or create a right to resell or redistribute the resulting digital pattern.

Unauthorised copying, resale, distribution, or reuse of the digital pattern file constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in the suspension of the licence and/or further legal action.

Copyright and intellectual property remain with Digipatterns or the applicable rights holder unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

By purchasing, receiving, downloading, or using the digital pattern file, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to these Single-Use Terms of Use.
